As a result, it is possible that your bank statement may indicate the name of Xpollens instead of the usual creditor’s name (such as a condominium association or an association). You can check with your bank or in your online banking interface for details of the transaction, which may provide additional information about the creditor or the name of the service used by the creditor to collect the fees.
If your bank does not provide this information, you can also usually find an identical or similar amount charged on the same dates in the previous months (except for new members).
